This windows error usually means that you do not have Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installed on your machine. To install it,
go to Windows Update, and select the optional download called ".NET Framework 1.1".

You need to have Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) version 2.6 or higher to run CW Mail Exchange. If you do not already have
this, you can download it from the Microsoft website (http://www.microsoft.com) - use the "Search"
facility to search for "MDAC".
